Tallinn-based AI career platform Roleo has raised €2.9 million in a funding round led by Baltic venture capital firm Practica Capital, with participation from Nordic investor Inventure. Founded by Veriff co-founder Janer Gorohhov and former Wise engineer Vahur Hansen, Roleo develops a personal AI career agent that monitors job opportunities across Europe and connects technology professionals with relevant employers based on their experience, career goals and preferences, without requiring them to actively search or apply.
