Copenhagen-based OptikosPrime has partnered with UK driver education provider RED Driver Training to integrate its VisionCheck smartphone-based vision screening software into the Learn to Drive with RED app. The nationwide rollout will allow learner drivers to screen their eyesight using a standard smartphone, with those flagged for potential vision problems encouraged to seek professional eye examinations before taking their practical driving tests.
