An eight-year-old girl has been hospitalised after sustaining serious injuries following a brutal mauling by a wolf at a wildlife park in Germany.The incident took place yesterday inside the Arctic wolf enclosure at Johannismühle Wildlife Park, situated south of Berlin. The attack occurred during a specially organised event for children at the facility, according to a statement from Teltow-Fläming district authorities. The unnamed child was airlifted to hospital for treatment. Two other girls were also present inside the enclosure at the time of the attack, but a zookeeper stepped in to shield them before they could be harmed.
