Depending on who you talk to, artificial intelligence is either the greatest technological advancement of the past 100 years or a dystopian nightmare that will make us all homeless at best or kill us all at worst. Like everyone else, filmmakers are split on the question. Some swear off AI altogether, some incorporate it so long as it doesn't replace human labor, and some are using it to rewrite the rules of filmmaking altogether.
