Bechtel Splits With TerraPower As Holtec Postpones IPO Bechtel and Bill Gates-backed TerraPower are parting ways over the next phase of the Natrium reactor project in Wyoming, adding a construction headache to a sector already digesting Holtec’s postponed IPO.
