Teams notification pause will restore your settings automatically

Teams is adding scheduled notification pauses that temporarily silence all alerts without changing a user’s saved preferences, expanding on the one-click notification pause previously announced for the collaboration app. The feature gives users a defined focus period and automatically returns Teams to its normal notification behavior when that period ends.
