Helsinki-based creator marketing platform Boksi has acquired German influencer and talent management agency Goodlife Management in an eight-figure transaction that the companies describe as the largest known acquisition in Germany’s influencer market. The deal gives Boksi full ownership of Goodlife, which represents around 30 beauty and lifestyle creators in the German-speaking market and has worked with brands including L’Oréal and LVMH. Boksi provides software for managing creator campaigns, including planning, analytics and payments, while Goodlife has operated as a traditional talent management agency since 2017.
