I stopped VPN blocks by turning my home network into a private exit node

When I leave my home, my VPN sometimes fails in a specific way. The streaming services or my banking app that worked well without a VPN start requiring extra authentication, and a few may not load at all. Connection speed stayed good, and tests didn't point to DNS or IP leaks, yet it felt like these sites refused my traffic.
