Do you ever set yourself a goal, swear you’ll start tomorrow, and then somehow… tomorrow never comes? Yeah, I do that all the time. I’ll decide to do something, only to keep putting it off because I’m busy, bored, or don’t feel like starting. And even when I genuinely want to follow through, there are usually a dozen “ifs” and “buts” that get in the way. Eventually, the goal sits there in the back of my mind, making me feel guilty every time I remember it.
