Helsinki-based Verda has appointed Mikko Einiö as Chief Financial Officer as the AI cloud provider accelerates its global expansion. Einiö brings more than two decades of experience across finance, capital markets and corporate development, including nearly 20 years at Morgan Stanley in London and New York, where he advised companies on equity and debt financings, M&A and IPOs, followed by two and a half years as Head of Corporate Development at Nokia.
