A major new study drawing on data from nearly 60,000 UK Biobank participants has revealed that trimming as little as a quarter of an hour from one's daily vigorous exercise routine can meaningfully elevate the likelihood of developing cancer.The research, which appears today in the journal BMC Medicine, was conducted by a team at University College London.
