Dell has identified roughly 245 PC models affected by a Windows update conflict, far more than the small group initially disclosed. The issue caused shutdowns, overheating, poor performance, and battery drain, but Microsoft’s KB5121767 update has resolved it on systems running the corrected builds. Source
