Andy Burnham handed stark warning as almost 10,000 domestic abusers set for early release: 'Women and children are in danger!'

Andy Burnham has been warned that women and children across the country are in "deep danger" as almost 10,000 domestic abusers are set to become eligible for early release.Speaking to GB News, Executive Chair of the Women’s Policy Centre Paola Diana hit out at the Prime Minister over his decision not to exclude domestic abuse cases in his reforms of the scheme.Earlier this week, Mr Burnham blocked grooming gang rapists from upcoming changes to prison sentences as part of a push to protect the public from dangerous criminals.However, thousands of other criminals will be allowed to be freed, with some only having served a third of their sentence.
