A 35-year-old man has been charged after a nine-year-old girl was found dead at an industrial estate in Arbroath.Minnie Merriman was found seriously injured in the early hours of Monday morning at the Elliot industrial estate in the Angus town.She was taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee, where she later died.Three other members of her family were also taken to hospital as a precautionary measure before all were discharged.
