African migrants are plotting a second invasion of Ceuta, with an imminent date set for a second wave of mass border crossings. Speaking to GB News, Director of the Border Security and Immigration Centre at the Heritage Foundation, Lora Ries, warned the threat “absolutely needs to be a concern” for the UK.
