Standing in the same spot, in the middle of the city, I ran several speed tests on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra connected to 5G mobile internet within four minutes. One mobile provider managed a measly 14.8 Mbps, another jumped to 281.8 Mbps, and the third hit an impressive 429.4 Mbps.
