Legal AI company Legora has acquired London-based Wexler, a startup specializing in fact intelligence technology for litigation and investigations, in a move aimed at strengthening its agentic legal workflows. Wexler’s platform extracts, verifies, and structures factual evidence from large volumes of unstructured documents, enabling legal teams to build source-traceable case records, while Legora develops AI-powered software for legal professionals.
