Russia Answers Drone Attacks With War On Ukrainian Ports, Maritime Shipping The Russian Defense Ministry (MoD) has an 'answer' to Ukraine's recent long-range drone attacks, which have wreaked havoc on oil production and most recently online retailers and manufacturing.
