Liberal Democrats deputy leader Daisy Cooper has called on David Lammy to heap pressure onto Rachel Reeves to block Nigel Farage's by-election bid.Mr Lammy accused Mr Farage of trying to "distract from the fact that he's up to his neck in sleaze" with the snap contest.The Labour minister added: "He's got serious questions to answer and he can't run away from them.
