Microsoft to enable Windows settings backup by default for enterprise devices

Starting with Windows 11 version 26H2, Microsoft will transition the "Windows settings backup and restore" tool from an opt-in feature to a default-enabled state. This change specifically targets enterprise systems joined to Microsoft Entra or Microsoft Entra hybrid environments.
