The NHS has been fined £300,000 after the death of a chemotherapy patient was traced to contaminated water.Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has been ordered to pay the sum after the patient contracted a fatal bacterial infection from a contaminated shower.Dr Chris Elliot, 59, died in 2022 after being exposed to Pseudomonas bacteria...
