ICEYE has raised €450 million in a Series F equity round led by General Atlantic, bringing total capital raised in the transaction (including secondary sales) to over €1 billion and implying a valuation above €10 billion. The investor group includes Solidium, Tesi, Varma, Ilmarinen, Lifeline Ventures, Nokia, Qatar Investment Authority, and TCV. The company develops and operates synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellites and provides Earth observation data and related intelligence services to government and commercial customers.
