Google's ecosystem of apps has every tool imaginable to organize your digital hoarding. We often save hundreds of PDFs and star or label dozens of emails, promising to revisit them. Every research project used to start the same way for me — a new Drive folder, a growing list of saved links, forwarded emails, and downloaded PDFs that I told myself I'd organize later. I never did.
